help!!!

help!!! its not me who need help , is the needes, i wish i could bring joy for them ! but i could not. :)i am very blessful of having a good life, have best colths,be a normal girl, i may have sickness (my heart double blood vein,god bless me) the doctor said that i cant run , swim, dance.because i will not breath goodly , god had make me to be like those normal kids , i so lucky .!!!!:)plz call 1900-112-8805/8815/8835 call on 7/6/09 , if u missed u may do it next year
